A sentencing hearing for convicted drunk driver Bonita Purtill has been put off for another 10-days. September 17th is the new date that's been agreed to by all parties. Purtill was brought into court this morning, looking disheveled, and walking gingerly in handcuffs and leg shackles. She was taken into custody back on June 29th when she was found guilty on all 6-charges she faced in a drunk driving crash that killed 4-month old baby Alex Fleming. Baby Alex's mother, Mary Rodrigues talks about her feelings after seeing Purtill brought into court today. "It's kind of sad to say, but a little bit of satisfaction. You know, that she's not out there hurting anybody else. I guess that's the price you pay for what she did." Rodrigues and her family members will be delivering their victim impact statements on September 17th.
