Bonita Purtill is scheduled to be back in court again today. This after the sentencing hearing for Purtill was delayed on Monday. Defence lawyer Peter Kratzman requested the delay after a death in his family. He told the court he would have trouble focusing on the task at hand. Purtill has been convicted on six counts involving a drunk driving crash that killed 4-month-old Alexander Fleming. Baby Alex's mother, Mary Rodrigues is inviting members of the public to come watch as the court will hear the victim impact statements today. It starts at 10 am.
