The Ontario Legislature will resume today following an extended summer break. Lieutenant Governor Elizabeth Dowdeswell will deliver the Progressive Conservative government's throne speech at 9:00 a.m.
It's expected to focus on pandemic recovery, but it could also include some new policies ahead of the upcoming provincial election.
