Ontario is reporting 2,320 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, 3,477 resolved cases and an additional 32 deaths.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 2,320 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 499,412.
The Province confirmed 32 new COVID-19 related deaths this morning, bringing the total in Ontario to 8,374. Another 3,477 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 461,076.
The province completed 45,681 tests yesterday. We currently have 1,673 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 776 people in the ICU and 559 in the ICU on a ventilator. Most of the new cases are coming from hot spot regions with 712 new cases in Toronto, 452 in Peel, 157 in York Region and 139 in Durham and 113 in Hamilton.
