Oxford OPP have laid a charge against an 18-year-old from Welland.
NORWICH - Pride Flags in Norwich were targeted in a case of mischief.
The incident was investigated by Oxford OPP back on August 5th at a building on Stover Street.
As a result, an 18-year-old from Welland has been charged with mischief under the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in Woodstock Court on December 5th.
