The road closure for Potters Road will be extending for two more weeks.
When crews were working on the embankment by the road, the found an abandoned culvert that has collapsed on itself, creating a void under the road. That culvert is going to be removed with Union Gas on had to keep an eye on the natural gas main in that area.
They hope to have Potters road between Oxford Road 13 and the West Town Line open by October 30 if the weather cooperates.
