The motorcycles roared into Port Dover on Friday the 13th, but Norfolk OPP say as far as police are concerned, it was a quiet and peaceful gathering. Despite the estimated crowd of 140,000 people, police say they only issued a few charges with no major incidents. 21 people were arrested for Liquor Licence offences, there were two impaired drivers, a couple of assaults and only three collisions.
