The TVDSB has closed Zorra Highland Park Public School for the day in response to a planned power outage.
EMBRO - Students at Zorra Highland Park Public School will get to stay home.
The local utilities supplier will be conducting a required power outage today, so the Thames Valley District School Board has decided to close the elementary school for the day. The same goes for before and after school programming.
However, students will be able to access independent learning activities on their classroom's digital platform.
The school should re-open tomorrow and the school community will be notified if that plan changes.
Zorra Highland Park PS will be closed on Monday, June 9 due to a power outage required by the utilities supplier. Before/After School Programs at this location will be closed. The school will re-open on Tuesday, June 10 unless otherwise communicated. https://t.co/rHAbB0g0aW pic.twitter.com/IMbV4mmodA
