The regular season continues to roll on for the Oxford County teams in the Provincial Junior Hockey League.
PJHL - The Oxford County teams in the Provincial Junior Hockey League are ready for another weekend of games.
Starting with the Woodstock Navy Vets, they will welcome the Dorchester Dolphins to Southwood Arena tomorrow night, with puck drop set for 7:45 p.m. Then it will be an afternoon matchup on Sunday as they travel to Hespeler to battle the Shamrocks.
Next up is the Norwich Merchants, whose first game of the weekend is tomorrow at 8 p.m. on home ice as the aforementioned Shamrocks visit Nor-Del Arena. Then, it is another home game on Saturday when the New Hamburg Firebirds come to town for a 7:30 p.m. puck drop.
Moving on to the Tavistock Braves, they will be on the road for a pair of games, beginning tomorrow when they visit the previously mentioned Firebirds at the Wilmot Recreation Complex, with game time scheduled for 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, the Braves travel to Wellesley for a date with the Applejacks at 7:30 p.m.
Finally, in the Yeck Division, the Thamesford Trojans get their weekend started tonight as they hit the road to Petrolia to take on the Flyers. Game time is 7:30 p.m. It will be a quick turnaround for the Trojans as they will then be at the Thamesford Area Recreation Centre tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. when the Port Stanley Sailors come to town.
