The Oxford County PJHL teams are lacing up the skates for another weekend of regular season action.
PJHL - It is another action-packed weekend in the Provincial Junior Hockey League, with the Oxford County teams ready to hit the ice.
Starting with the Woodstock Navy Vets, they will look to entertain the home fans at Southwood Arena tonight as they welcome the Hespeler Shamrocks for a 7:45 p.m. puck drop. The Vets will then hit the road tomorrow night to Dorchester and take on the Dolphins. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.
Next, the Norwich Merchants will be on the road for a pair of games. Tonight, they make their way to New Hamburg to battle the Firebirds at 7:30, then tomorrow, they are in Wellesley taking on the Applejacks. Puck drop is also 7:30 p.m.
Moving to the Tavistock Braves, they host the aforementioned Dolphins tonight at the Tavistock and District Recreation Centre, and game time is 7:30 p.m.
Checking in with the Yeck Division, the Thamesford Trojans will participate in two road games beginning tomorrow night as they are in Mount Brydges to battle the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. Then, on Sunday, they have a matinee 2:30 p.m. start as they will take on the North Middlesex Stars at the North Middlesex and District Arena.
