The Woodstock Navy Vets will battle the Norwich Merchants at Southwood Arena tonight.
PJHL - It's going to be an exciting weekend in local Junior C hockey action.
The Battle of Highway 59 will take over Southwood Arena tonight, when the Woodstock Navy Vets host the Norwich Merchants at 7:45 p.m.
The Vets will then travel to Wellesley tomorrow to face the Applejacks at 7:30 p.m. and the Merchants will be in Hespeler on Sunday for an afternoon matchup against the Shamrocks.
The Braves only have one game scheduled this weekend. They're going to host the Paris Titans at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
The Navy Vets are on top of the Doherty Division standings with 51 points, only one point ahead of the New Hamburg Firebirds. The Braves are in third place with 38 points and they're followed by the Merchants with 32 points.
Meanwhile in the Yeck Division, the Thamesford Trojans will be home to the Dorchester Dolphins at 7:30 p.m. tonight before they visit the Mount Brydges Bulldogs Sunday night.
The Trojans are in second place in the division standings with 49 points. The Bulldogs are in first place with 50 points.
