MPP Ernie Hardeman will be bringing back his annual pig roast event to Southside Park.
WOODSTOCK - An annual event is back at Southside Park.
MPP, Ernie Hardeman is hosting his pig roast on Saturday, in order to give residents of Oxford County the ability to meet and talk about anything and everything. Hardeman speaks to when the event will take place.
"It starts at 2 and goes to 4, but it doesn't necessarily stop at 4. It will go until the food is gone."
Hardeman says this has been going on for years and he loves meeting residents.
"I'm always amazed at the number of people who will say I'm here for the first time. This is a great event; I sure appreciate it and I'll be back next year."
It is a free event and all you have to bring is a lawn chair.
