Oxford's Got Talent will be livestreamed tomorrow night starting at 7:00 p.m. and donations will be accepted for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County.
OXFORD COUNTY - Some of the most talented people in our community will battle it out this weekend.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County will be hosting Oxford's Got Talent tomorrow night. Resource Development Manager Liz Wismer-Van Meer says it's going to be livestreamed over YouTube and Facebook Live starting at 7:00 p.m.
"It's a virtual talent show. Our acts record their talent, whatever that may be, and it's a part of our show."
It's going to be an Oxford's Got Talent unlike any other. The show is going to feature some poets, a ventriloquist and even a visual artist painting a picture. You can also expect to see lots of musicians and dancers.
Laurie Schultz, Dan Henry and Mike Crabbe will return as the guest judges and they will select their top three picks. The viewers at home will also be able to vote for their top three for the People’s Choice Awards.
Woodstock's very own Greg Morton will be back to host and the show is also going to include a special performance from last year's winner, Anna B.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County will be accepting donations online and over the phone during the show.
It also launched the Big Night In online auction earlier this week. They have lots of great items up for grabs including gift baskets, sports memorabilia and even some vacation rentals in Canmore, Alberta and Sambro Head, Nova Scotia. You have until 4:00 p.m. this afternoon to bid on your favourite items online here.
