Briefs include a man, who detained a woman he allegedly caught trying to steal his truck on Brownsville Road and a vehicle entry in SWOX.
BROWNSVILLE - Police have arrested a 29 year old woman from Ingersoll on charges of theft of a motor vehicle.
The theft happened on Valentines Day around 7:30 a.m on Brownsville Road.
According to the investigation, the owner of the truck had attended a farm in the area and parked with the keys inside. The owner apparently caught the accused in the driver's seat, attempting to the steal the truck. The owner tried to stop the woman from leaving the property and was dragged for several feet, before the accused stopped.
The owner was not injured and detained the accused until police arrived on scene.
Brittney Partlo of Ingersoll was arrested and charged with theft of a motor vehicle.

SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - Police are reminding everyone about lock it or lose it after a vehicle entry in South West Oxford.
Police say a quantity of loose change and keys were stolen from the vehicle on Culloden Line on Tuesday February 11th.
