The Vintage Car Show will feature the Rob and Rydells Band, Prizes, Food and Fun.
WOODSTOCK - Oxford Gardens is hosting their third annual Vintage Car Show with over 50 classic cars and trucks.
It's all happening tomorrow from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Oxford Gardens parking lot and the event is free to attend. Lifestyle and Program Manager at Oxford Gardens Chantal McDonald tells Heart FM this is a fundraiser for the Wish of a Lifetime Canada.
"We do the wish of a lifetime with Chartwell and we provide opportunities for seniors to have their wishes come true, that maybe wouldn't of happened without support. So we did it hear at Oxford Gardens but we also provide wishes out in the community and across Canada."
They will have lot's of food and prizes at the event and Rob and the Rydells Band will be playing. McDonald says this event is something their residents look forward to and they are really hoping to see the public come out as well.
"Our residents would definitely appreciate having everyone on there and being part of the program. It will be lovely to have all of the old cars and just the whole feeling of being a community group."
No cost to enter and the meals are $12.50 for the people who come and the drivers and their spouses can eat for free. If your interested in bringing a car you can still register by emailing Chantal at cmcdonald@chartwell.com.
