Multiple road resurfacing projects and a stormwater management project have been finished in Oxford County.
OXFORD COUNTY - Oxford County has been able to complete projects thanks to funding from the Canada Community-Building Fund.
Close to $4,000,000 was given to the County, which was able to help with multiple road resurfacing projects. Those projects include Highway 2 between the 401 and Oxford Road 22, east of Woodstock, Oxford Road 37 between Oxford Road 59 and Swimming Pool Road in Norwich Township, Oxford Road 20 between the west limit of Tillsonburg and Highway 19, including improvements made at the intersection of Oxford Road 20 and Quarter Town Line, and Oxford Road 22 between Oxford Road 29 and 580m south of Cuthbertson Street in Blandford-Blenheim.
Also, a stormwater management project was completed. That project was the Strik Drain in South-West Oxford.
