Parents and caregivers have until this Friday to fill out the child care survey on the Speak Up Oxford website.
OXFORD COUNTY - This is a last call for parents and caregivers who are interested in filling out the child care survey on the Speak Up Oxford website.
It's all about the future of child care and early years services in Oxford County.
The County plans and manages the licenced child care services and the EarlyON Child and Family Centres, so results of the survey will be sent to staff so they can create a five-year plan that will highlight all of the priorities and goals for the next few years.
It also has to align with Ontario’s Child Care Action Plan, which highlights the importance of affordability, increasing access, enhancing quality, supporting inclusion, and enhancing data reporting.
The survey closes this Friday and you can find it online here. Those who fill it out will be entered for a chance to win one of five $50 gift cards to a local business.
