Saturday retail service eliminated starting week of April 14
Saturday retail service at the Otterville post office is coming to an end next month.
Local Area Manager for London-Woodstock John Krayer-Krauss,told Norwich Council in a letter the change comes as a result of a review of customer traffic patterns.
Krayer-Krauss says anyone with a postal box will be able to access it as normal.
The changes go into affect the week of April 14.
The new hours are:
Monday to Wednesday, and Friday: 09:00-17:00(closed 12:30 - 14:00)
