Oxford OPP investigating a break & enter in Norwich while a Norwich Township man is facing impaired charges.
NORWICH - Police are investigating a break and enter that occurred in Norwich last week.
Oxford OPP say on Friday between 4:00 pm and 12:00 am, someone entered a Stover Street residence through a small, unlocked basement window. The culprit(s) stole a cash box containing approximately $50 cash, a camera with lenses worth $2,100, a Fossil watch and Beat headphones.

NORWICH TOWNSHIP - A Norwich Township man is facing impaired charges after he drove this vehicle into a ditch.
Oxford OPP say they found the pickup truck in the ditch near Caley Road and Base Line around 11:30 pm Saturday night. 49 year-old William Browscombe was charged with care or control while impaired and care or control over 80 mgs.
His licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
Browscombe was released on the promise to appear in court next month.
