OPP Briefs include tools stolen in Ingersoll and surveillance catching two men entering the landfill site on Salford Road by cutting the fence at the facility.
SOUTH WEST OXFORD - Oxford OPP are investigating a case of mischief at the landfill site on Salford Road in South West Oxford.
Surveillance footage caught two men cutting open the fence that surrounds the landfill. The men then entered the property and got into the electronics bin. They fled the area in an unknown direction.
Police are continuing to investigate and will be attempting to identify those responsible. If anyone has any information that can assist with the investigation they are being asked to contact the Oxford County OPP detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
The OPP want to remind all residents that if they see anything suspicious to please contact the police immediately.

INGERSOLL - Police are investigating after several tools were stolen from a garage in Ingersoll.
OPP say the theft happened on nelson Street, sometime between Wednesday April 17th and Thursday April 18th. Stolen was a DeWalt mitre saw, cordless drill and Sawzall.
The garage had been left open, which provided easy access for the thief or thieves.
Members of the Oxford County OPP are continuing to investigate and are seeking the public's assistance with this investigation. If anyone has any information they are being asked to contact the Oxford County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
