TILLSONBURG - Oxford OPP arrested three teenagers and one adult for mischief in Tillsonburg during Halloween.
Police were called after getting reports of the guys smashing pumpkins and throwing eggs on Eleanor Court in Tillsonburg on Saturday night. When police arrived two of the youths fled the area on foot and police caught up with them a short while later.
Three of the males were identified as 15-year-old, 16-year-old, and 17-year-old youths, all from Norfolk County. The fourth male was identified as a 24-year-old from Bayham Township. The four males were each charged with Engage in Prohibited Activity on Premises contrary to the Trespass to Property Act.
TILLSONBURG - A 44 year old man from Tillsonburg might be walking for a bit after police pulled him over on Broadway Street.
OPP say they stopped the man after an officer noticed a vehicle swerving on the roadway and onto incoming traffic. Police stopped the man and determined he had been drinking. His licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for 7 days.
The driver was charged with operate a motor vehicle over 80 mgs and operate a motor vehicle while impaired.
