A Tillsonburg man has been charged with impaired driving in Thames Centre, while the Oxford OPP investigates a commercial break and enter theft in Ingersoll.
THAMES CENTRE - Someone from Tillsonburg has been busted for impaired driving in Thames Centre.
The Middlesex OPP pulled over a vehicle in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 at around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday.
The 38-year-old is now facing one count of operation while impaired by alcohol and one count of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
His court date is scheduled for December 11th.

INGERSOLL - The Oxford OPP is investigating a break-and-enter theft in Ingersoll.
Someone stole tools, copper, and a generator for a commercial building on George Johnson Boulevard a few weeks ago.
Police believe the culprit damaged a man door in order to gain access to the building sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on the morning Monday October 16th.

OXFORD COUNTY - A Woodstock man finds himself in trouble with the law.
Oxford OPP got a call of a suspicious vehicle last Thursday on Graydon Drive in Mount Elgin.
Officers tried to conduct a traffic stop, the car fled the scene... the driver was then found on Highway 19 near Ingersoll and a second traffic stop was tried, the vehicle took off again.
Police did find the driver and arrested him.
The 40-year-old Woodstock man is facing charges of Dangerous Operation, Flight from Peace Officer and Drive Motor Vehicle - Perform Stunt.

NORWICH TOWNSHIP - A construction site on the 403 near Norwich Township was broken into.
Oxford OPP got the call last Wednesday at 8 a.m. and responded to the scene.
During the initial investigation it was determined a dark sedan with one suspect entered the site around 3 a.m.
At that time, the suspect damaged the lock to a sea can and gained entry.
Several generators, along with other tools were taken.
The investigation is ongoing and Oxford OPP are looking for any information that could help.
