Two men have been arrested after an armed robbery at the J&P Variety store on Ingersoll Avenue.
WOODSTOCK - Two men have been arrested after a robbery at the J&P Variety store on Ingersoll Avenue.
Officers and the K-9 unit responded to the robbery while it was in progress around 5:30 on Tuesday afternoon. Officer Striker, the K-9 was able to successfully establish a track that directed police to a residence on Brighton Street. Police were then able to arrest two men.
24 year old Zachary Moring of No fixed Address is facing the following charges.
- Adult Fail to Comply with Undertaking
- Adult Fail to Comply with Probation (5 counts)
- Adult Pointing Firearm (2 counts)
- Adult Robbery Using Firearm
- Adult Disguise with Intent
- Adult Imitation Firearm – Use while committing offence
- Adult Possession of Imitation weapon for dangerous purpose
26 year old James Noxell of Woodstock was also arrested and facing the following charges.
- Adult Fail to Comply with Probation (4 counts)
- Adult Robbery Using Firearm
- Adult Disguise with Intent
- Adult Possession of Imitation weapon for dangerous purpose
