Krista Wright will be able to see patients with non-urgent conditions in a shorter time frame.
TILLSONBURG - Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital (TDMH) will be getting a new staff member.
Krista Wright will be joining the team as a Nurse Practitioner in the Rapid Assessment Fast Track area on Monday September 23rd.
The fast-track area presents patients with non-urgent conditions to be seen in a shorter time by the nurse practitioner. Hospital officials say Wright will not replace a family doctor’s services, renew prescriptions or provide follow-up appointments.
Wrights says she is looking forward to the opportunity being presented to her at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital.
“I am incredibly excited to join the team at TDMH and to serve the community here. I look forward to providing personalized, high-quality care and making a positive impact on the health and well-being of the people in this region. It's an honour to be part of a team dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives the care they need, close to home.”
The hours of the fast-track area are Monday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
