Woodstock Police are investigating a daylight break-in in the city's north end. Around 3:00 pm on Monday, police received a call about a break and enter at a residence on Sioux Crescent. According to police, the suspect or suspects gained entrance by kicking in the front door. The culprits rummaged through a number of items, stealing collector coins and bills, jewellery and a Toshiba laptop. Police are encouraging anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area to call them at 519-537-2323 or Crime Stoppers at 519-421-TIPS (8477)/1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
