Four separate incidents in Norfolk County lead to charges being laid by Norfolk OPP.
WATERFORD - Norfolk OPP have laid charges after an impaired driving incident.
This past Saturday as a vehicle fled a collision, and the vehicle was located on Concession 8 Townsend in Waterford. As a result, a 29-year-old Norfolk County man has been charged with Operation while Impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

NORFOLK COUNTY - A pair of charges have been laid after an incident on Highway 3.
The OPP responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 3 near Cockshutt Road on Sunday and the driver was taken into custody. Now, a 59-year-old Norfolk County man is facing charges of Operation while Impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, and Operation while Impaired by alcohol and drugs.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

DELHI - A traffic stop on Scott Street in Delhi leads to a list of charges.
The driver was taken into custody after officers spoke with them during the traffic stop. A 36-year-old St. Catharines resident is now facing 7 charges as a result of the incident. The charges include, Failure or refusal to comply with a demand, Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code, Dangerous operation, Taking a motor vehicle without consent, Obstructing a plate, Driving a motor vehicle with no licence, and Failure to have an insurance card.
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.
