A 25 year old from Norfolk County has been charged with luring a child under 16 years of age.
Police were called on Saturday afternoon about an indecent act at home in Norfolk. Police say a parent called them after finding inappropriate messages that were being sent to their child.
After investigating, police arrested 25 year Thomas Hoye from Norfolk with luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication.
