Briefs include a motor vehicle theft from a home in Townsend, a stolen vehicle from a parking lot in Delhi and a break and enter at a business in Simcoe.
DELHI - Norfolk County OPP are investigating a report of a stolen vehicle from a parking lot on King Street.
They say unknown suspects arrived at the parking lot in the early hours of the morning and stole motor vehicle, which was locked. The vehicle is a grey 2008 Jeep Compass.
Police are continuing to investigate and are asking for assistance from the public.

TOWNSEND - Norfolk County OPP are investigating after a motor vehicle was reported stolen from a home on Old Highway 24 in Townsend.
They responded yesterday afternoon and they determined the unknown suspects went to the address in the early hours of the morning and stole a Stihl rototiller found in the back of a pickup truck that was parked on the property. The theft is valued at approximated $500.
The investigation is ongoing and all vehicle owners are being urged to lock their cars and remove their valuables from them.

SIMCOE - Norfolk County OPP received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at a home on Kent Street North in Simcoe.
Police received the report yesterday at 12:30 pmand say the unknown suspects went to the home in the early hours of the morning and broke into the vehicle. Once inside, they stole a Global Positioning System used specifically for fish finding and chart plotting.
The OPP is continuing to investigate the incident and urge all vehicle owners to lock their cars and remove their valuables from their vehicles.

CHARLOTTEVILLE - One person has been sent to hospital after Norfolk County were called to home following an animal complaint at a home on McDowell Road East.
OPP say a young dog was being trained when it escaped from a closure and bit a 74-year-old, which caused injuries. The person then went to a local area hospital for treatment.
The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit and Norfolk County By-Law Department have been notified and will be following up with the investigation.

SIMCOE - Norfolk County OPP are asking for the public's help after a businesses on Kent Street North in Simcoe was broken into for the second time in a week.
OPP says the unknown suspects went to the property and broke into the business. Once inside, they stole computers and a laptop computer.
Police says the same business was broken into on June 29th when unknown suspects went to the property and stole computers that were inside the business.
The investigation is ongoing and If anyone has any information they are being asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
