No new cases of COVID-19 today in the Southwestern Public Health region and two more people have recovered.
OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - No new cases of COVID-19 today in the Southwestern Public Health region.
In fact the Health Unit confirmed another two recoveries, both in the Elgin County and St. Thomas area. We currently have 9 active cases of COVID-19 in Oxford County and 4 in St. Thomas and Elgin.

- 2 cases in Woodstock
- 1 cases in Blandford-Blenheim
- 1 cases in Zorra Township
- 1 case in Norwich Township
- 1 case in South West Oxford Township
To date, the Health Unit has tested 2,964 people for COVID-19. We have 62 cumulative confirmed cases, 45 cases have been resolved, 4 people have died from the virus and we currently have 13 active cases. We have also had two institutional outbreaks since the pandemic was declared, both in Elgin County.
