NDP Leader Andrea Horwath is keeping her foot on the accelerator when it comes to cutting auto insurance premiums. She says if she doesn't get a 15 per cent cut to premiums, as well as other items on her list of demands, the province could face a spring election. Horwath met Friday with representatives from the insurance industry, who say fraud is what's driving up premiums.
