A 39-year-old Woodstock man faces charges in an alleged knife attack. Back on June 14th, there was an altercation in the area of Riddell and Hunter St. between two men. It started with name calling, and ended with a 22-year-old man receiving a stab wound to the arm. He was treated for minor injuries in hospital. Police have been looking to identify the man that pulled the knife. His name has not yet been released, but he's being charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Assault with a Weapon, and Weapons Dangerous to the Public Peace.
