The Mounties have a demanding lead over Norwich in the second round of the Midwestern Jr C hockey playoffs.
Paris hosted Norwich Sunday night, edging the Merchants 3-2 to grab a 3-0 series lead. The Mounties will look to take care of business Wednesday night when they travel to Norwich for game four of the best-of-seven series.
In the other matchup, Ayr beat New Hamburg 4-3 during a matinee meeting.. The Firebirds have a 2-1 series lead over the Centennials and face-off again Monday night in New Hamburg.
