Early morning fire claims recycling bin-melts car's hubcaps and door panels
WOODSTOCK- Woodstock Police responded to an early morning fire which officers discovered while conducting general police patrol. They caught sight of a fire in a James Street housing complex. The fire had spread from a recycling bin to the roof of a nearby storage shed.
Police evacuated nearby neighbours while Woodstock Fire Services put out the fire.
The fire was contained to the shed, however a nearby vehicle's drivers side door panels and hub caps were melted.
Damages are estimated at $4000.00. Police are investigating.
