Testimony at the Michael Rafferty murder trial in London will be interrupted once again, but not for legal arguments between the Crown and the Defense. Defense lawyer Dirk Derstine says he has a previous commitment in Toronto Thursday on another case ?therefore, court will reconvene on the following day. Superior Court Justice Thomas Heeney, on the other hand, has rescheduled a trial date in Woodstock that was originally set for Monday April 2nd? this will allow for 4 straight days of court proceedings beginning Monday April 2ndthrough to Thursday April 5th. The court will then break for Easter for 4 days beginning Good Friday and will reconvene the following Tuesday. Sunday April 8thwill mark the 3rdyear anniversary of Tori Stafford?s death.
