The search is on for suspects who were involved in a case of mischief at the Oxford OPP Detachment in Ingersoll.
INGERSOLL - The Oxford OPP are searching for who is responsible for mischief.
Police say between 4 p.m. on Friday and 6 p.m. Saturday, people went to the detachment on Mutal Street in Ingersoll and damaged two cruisers. A reminder being said by police is "Damage to police cruisers is not just a criminal act, it can have dire consequences."
If a cruiser is damaged it then becomes out of commission, and in an emergency every second matters, and the damaged cruiser means one less vehicle able to respond to the emergency.
Anyone with information regarding this case should call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
