The woman who pled guilty to the first degree murder of Victoria Stafford is now facing another charge. 21 year old Terri-Lynn McClintic is now facing a charge of assault causing bodily harm against a fellow inmate at the Grand Valley Institution for Women in Kitchener. The alleged assault took place January 30 on Aimee McIntyre an inmate also facing a life sentence. If convicted, McClintic would not face any additional time in prison according to Canadian Law because she is already facing a life sentence.
