***As a precursor...this today does contain some graphic material, and and is disturbing. Readers are advised to use their own discretion.*** Terri-Lynne McClintic testified at Michael Rafferty's first-degree murder trial in London today, detailing the events surrounding the abduction and death of 8-year-old Tori Stafford. McClintic has told the Jury she was the one who delivered the fatal blows to the young girl. McClintic is telling the jury she struck the girl with the hammer "a few" times after a garbage bag was placed over Tori's head. McClintic also told the court she saw Rafferty sexually assault the girl before that, but says she didn't watch the assault and walked a short distance away. Court has adjourned for the day and McClintic's testimony will continue on Wednesday, and possibly through the week. The Defense has not yet been able to cross-examine McClintic. Heart FM's Blair Wilson is covering the trial and will have a summary of the testimony on the "Michael Rafferty Trial Page".
