Oxford OPP have charged a 68 year senior with mischief after they allegedly urinated on an item, over a property dispute.
INGERSOLL - A 68 year old has been charged with mischief after getting into a fight with his neighbour on Victoria Street in the Town of Ingersoll.
Police say the two neighbours were arguing about a piece of personal property. At some point the senior "marked their territory" on the item. Police say the item was removed from a storage area and urinated on, before the police were called. It's not immediately clear what the item was they were fighting over.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock at a later date.
