Long serving employees of Oxford County were honoured today at County Council. Oxford County handed out their service recognition awards to employees that have served the county 10+ years. Many departments were represented including social services, public health, and public works. Corporate Manager of Human Resources Janice Kubiak on why members deserve to be recognized. "We provide a lot of services to the County, and we have a lot of long serving employees." CAO Mike Bragg received a standing ovation from the crowd for his 45 years of service. He'll be retiring next month, and a search is underway for his replacement.
