Preliminary hearing dates have been set in the William Krygsman case. The current Otterville resident is facing ten charges related to sexual assault and child pornography. He was part of an FBI investigation back in 2004, which saw him arrested in Atlanta, Georgia. After serving an 8-year sentence south of the border, he was released and re-arrested when he got to the Canadian border. However, Krygsman has been out on bail under multiple conditions. Krygsman will be back at the Oxford County court house from April 29th to May 10th. If the case proceeds to trial, he'll be tried by a judge.
