Kids Du returns to Southside Park to instill a love of multi-sport without the pressure of competition.
WOODSTOCK - Kids can discover a new love for multi-sport activities as the Woodstock Triathlon Club hosts Kids Du.
The Kids Du is purely about fun and the love of being active according to club member Terri Jenkin.
"The course is run-bike-run and the course is geared to each age group so they aren't extending themselves too much."
Kids between 3 and 13 can take part in the duathlon at Southside Park on June 25th. Jenkin assures parents everyone will leave feeling like a winner.
"The fact that it's non-competitive - the idea is for our club we want to keep kids moving, get them motivated, doing multi-sport activities, being outside and enjoying the outdoors."
Once the race is over, healthy snacks will be provided by YFM.

The duathlon starts at 9 a.m on June 25th.
