UPDATE: Justice Kelly Gorman has ruled the invitation by the jury member was a "miscommunication". There could be a problem with the jury at the John Robinson murder trial. A juror reportedly sent a message to the Oxford County Crown Attorney's office, inviting them to a celebration party, following the verdict. It's not known which juror sent the message, but the judge are attempting to get to the bottom of it. Meantime, deliberations continue over the 1st degree murder charge facing Robinson, in the death of Clifford Fair. The jury asked to hear Amy Gilbert's testimony once again this afternoon. She is Robinson's former girlfriend and was the only other person in the basement apartment the night Robinson struck and killed Fair with a steel pipe in 2008. Again, Heart FM will have the verdict and reaction when it comes in. Jurors have been deliberating since around 5PM Tuesday.
