The jury at the Michael Rafferty murder trial is continuing its deliberations in London. For a second time this afternoon, the jury has asked for clarification. Heart FM's Blair Wilson says the jury has asked if two people are guilty of sexual assault if one removes the child's underwear when the other is present. The jury was sent away to reframe their question to be more specific. They came back, and Justice Thomas Heeney has told them the act of removing underclothing clothing is an application of force to a child and is a sexual assault. However, if one person, who is present and is doing nothing, that person is not guilty of aiding or abetting. Earlier today, jurors asked the court this morning to review the video in which Terri-Lynne McClintic confessed to abducting the Tori, and described in detail Tori's alleged rape and murder. The request from the jury came less than three hours into their deliberations, which began Thursday night. Keep tuned to Heart FM for the latest on the jury deliberations.
