ITOPA will bring a classic Agatha Christie murder mystery to life on stage.
INGERSOLL - The Mousetrap is about to make its debut at the Ingersoll Theatre of the Performing Arts.
It's a classic Agatha Christie mystery, where someone is murdered and seven people who are snowed in at a bed and breakfast have to figure out who did it.
Chris Clark plays the character of Sergeant Trotter and he's only one of eight cast members in the show. He says it's a bit out of the ordinary to have such a small cast, but he thinks it will be an asset in the end.
"We've been working on it so long and we've gotten to know each other really well and I think there is a real chemistry that has developed between us and a brotherhood kind of thing. I think we're just really excited to get this in front of some people."
The show is about two or two and a half hours with an intermission.
The Mousetrap will make its debut at 7:30 p.m. today and there will be a total of seven evening and matinee performances leading up to the curtain call on Sunday June 30th. Tickets cost $26, with cheaper prices for students and seniors, and they can be purchased online here.
Chris Clark stopped by the Heart FM studio with fellow cast member Adam Tanton, who played Giles Roulston, on Thursday June 20th. You can listen to their full interview with Dan and Marcie below:
