The Waterline newsletter will be sent out to Oxford County residents every spring.
OXFORD COUNTY - Oxford County is introducing a brand new newsletter all about water and wastewater services.
Waterline will replace all of the water and wastewater notices that are mailed out throughout the year. Residents will get it in the mail every March and Manager of Water and Wastewater Services Don Ford says they should keep it on hand throughout the year.
"The new Waterline newsletter is intended to serve as a snapshot of what residents can expect throughout the year when it comes to water and wastewater services, as well as providing additional information they may not know. With this first issue, we are looking for feedback from our customers so we can be sure this way of communicating is helpful and meets their needs."
The newsletter will have information about annual water rates, watermain flushing, summer water conservation, and more.
The first edition will also have a survey for residents. If you fill it out, you will be entered for a chance to win a free rain barrel.
