Police charge two men with impaired driving in Tillsonburg and on the 401.
TILLSONBURG - Oxford OPP have handed out a couple of impaired driving charges.
On Monday a 54 year old man was charged after a collision in the Tim Horton's parking lot on Broadway Street in Tillsonburg. Nobody was injured in the crash. However an investigation revealed the driver was impaired. He was charged with driving while ability impaired - motor vehicle (Drug)
Meanwhile a 28 year old man from Milton was arrested for impaired driving after police were called by a concerned citizen about an erratic driver heading westbound on the 403 coming into the 401 in Oxford County. OPP say they pulled the man over a short while later near Culloden Road. After investigating they charged him with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood and driving while ability impaired.
