Charges have been laid after the Brant OPP responded to reports of an impaired driver on Rest Acres Road early Sunday morning.
PARIS - A 57-year-old from Markham has been busted for drunk driving in Brant County.
He was pulled over by the OPP on Rest Acres Road at around 1:00 a.m. on Sunday. Officers had reason to believe he had been drinking, so he was arrested and taken to the detachment for further testing.
He's now facing one count of operation while impaired, one count of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, and one count of driving a motor vehicle.
