Children's lamps recalled worldwide.
A massive recall has been issued by IKEA.
23-million children's lamps are being recalled after one toddler died and another was injured after they became entangled in the lamp's cord while in their cribs.
Approximately 1.1-million of the "SMILA" series wall-mounted lamps have been sold here in Canada between 1999 and 2013.
Consumers are being advised to stop using the lamp immediately and contact IKEA for a free repair kit so the cord can be attached to the wall.
