Two suspects sought after home invasion in Woodstock
Woodstock Police have issued descriptions of two suspects wanted in a home invasion robbery.
Sunday afternoon, at around 2:30, suspects entered a home on Ontario St. through an unlocked door.
The suspects began ransacking the home, eventually making their way upstairs.
That's when they came across a woman who lives in the home. They forced her to sit downstairs while they continued their search for goods.
After they left, police were called, and a canine search of the area did not turn up the suspects.
One is described as a male, 6-feet tall with a thin build, wearing a black sweater, light coloured jeans and white shoes with black stripes.
The second suspect is a heavier set man, about 5-foot-6. He was wearing a black zip up sweater, black skinny jeans, high top lime green shoes with purple and red markings.
If you have any information for police, call 537-2323, or call Crime Stoppers at 1800-222-TIPS.
