The 46-year-old man that was allegedly hit with a skateboard this week has been released from hospital. Phillip Hilliard was listed in critical condition as early as yesterday, according to Woodstock Police. Now they say he's been discharged from hospital. Police are still investigating the incident that is reported to have been sparked by an argument between Hilliard's 12-year-old stepdaughters, and a group of teenagers. It started at the Huron St. Tim Horton's and carried over to Sydenham St. Authorities continue to ask for information from anyone who saw the incident happen Wednesday night, around 9PM on Sydenham.
